Spa Policy


Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow time to check-in. This extra time will also allow you to prepare for your treatment and help you get comfortable. Please note that should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.

Spa Reservations/Cancellations

Reservations for your appointment(s) are held with a credit card or advanced payment. Cancellations or appointment changes must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. For groups and packages, a notice of 48 hours is required. Failure to cancel within this time period will result in a 100% charge of service(s). We appreciate your cooperation in regards to this policy.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be purchased in person, online or over the phone for any dollar amount and can be used toward services, retail products and gratuities. In the event of a price increase, the value of a Gift Certificate is the dollar amount for which they were originally purchased, even if they are labeled with a specific service or package name. First appointments for new clients that have received a Gift Certificate still need to be held with a valid credit card number. Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable.

Spa Eqtiquette

The Spa is a mature environment that promotes relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all of our guests’ rights to privacy and calmness by turning off pagers and cellular phones when you enter the spa.

Gratuities for exceptional service may be made at your discretion. Cash or Venmo preferred.
