Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow time to check-in. This extra time will also allow you to prepare for your treatment and help you get comfortable. Please note that should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
Reservations for your appointment are held with a credit card, advanced payment or gift certificate. Cancellations or appointment changes must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Packages and multiple services require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to cancel within this time period will result in a 50% charge. Less than a 3 hour notice or no show will result in a 100% charge of that service.
The Spa is a mature environment that promotes relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all of our guests' rights to privacy and calmness by turning off pagers and cellular phones when you enter the spa.
Gratuities for exceptional service may be made at your discretion.
